We thank the International Patients Department Staff led by senior manager Kavitha R and Varesh for assisting in making our stay very comfortable; and of course Anita, our first guide of the day. She did a stirling job in helping us settle in from Out patience Department right to the time of admission. You all made us really feel at home even though we were so far away from home.
I commend the level of cleanliness within the hospital premises and the good treatment by the staff members, right from the people who clean and sweep to the top Management and the medical staff. From the experience we had with the lower staff, we can tell that this hospital has friendly customer services at the top of its agenda. Well done and keep up your good work!
