This means 100% safety to the patient through a Zero-infection environment, Zero-infection certified blood and blood components and many other critical factors, imperative in critical care treatment. The center has following facilities:
Ambulances
The center has a fleet of fully equipped ambulances, with life support systems and life saving drugs and its ergonomic design keeps patients safe during transport.
The ambulances are strategically parked in bays at vantage locations around the city making it easy to reach the patient in the shortest possible time. The emergency numbers (available in the webpage) are allocated exclusively for Global Hospitals’ Emergency Care service, which makes it easy to access and enables the ambulance to reach the patient in less time.
The crew on board the ambulance is qualified paramedical personnel trained in emergency management. Being highly skilled in advanced life support procedures, they immediately stabilize patients suffering from life threatening conditions and begin the care process even before the patient reaches the hospital.
Specialized Treatment Areas
The Center is equipped to handle all emergencies ranging from minor to major medical and accident emergencies, including:

- Emergency care for elderly/handicapped, terminally ill or patients with multi-system failures
- Treatment of mass causalities and disaster victims
The Emergency Room: The Emergency room at Global Hospitals comprises of:
- Trauma / Resuscitation BayThe emergency room offers cardiopulmonary resuscitation, endotracheal intubation, securing central venous access, treating polytrauma and severe head injuries. This bay is equipped with ventilators, cardiac monitors, biphasic defibrillator and all the emergency equipments and drugs required to handle every emergency. The trauma bay has its own mobile X-Ray unit, an ultra sonogram and CT/MRI.
- Procedure Room Simple procedures like wound suturing, incision and drainage, dressing, application of plaster of paris casts and treating patients with minor injuries are performed here.
- Observation & Treatment Bay - All other emergencies like acute myocardial infarction, stroke, exacerbation of asthma, COPD are managed here, in addition to treatment and observation of cases like gastroenteritis, gastritis, acute abdominal pain, colic, fractures etc. Professionals who are well trained on protocols designed according to international standards handle all emergencies. Patients stabilized in the emergency department are shifted to Intensive care unit or other wards depending on the Hemodynamics and Neurological status.
